Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Rakesh/Raksha, am writing
to express my dissatisfaction with the three-day weekend tour to Udaipur booked
through your agency. The services provided fell far short of what was promised
in your brochure and during the booking.
To begin with, the bus that was supposed to pick us up at 6:00 a.m. arrived almost three hours late, causing unnecessary inconvenience to the tourists. Due to this delay, the scheduled sightseeing plan was cut short, and many important attractions such as Fateh Sagar Lake and Sajjangarh Fort were omitted entirely without any explanation.
Furthermore, the hotel arrangements were extremely disappointing. The rooms were cramped, poorly maintained, and lacked basic amenities. The staff was uncooperative, and the food served was neither hygienic nor adequate, making the stay uncomfortable for all travellers.
Such negligence not only ruins the travel experience but also reflects poorly on the tourism services of the city. I request that you take strict action to improve the quality of transportation, accommodation, and service delivery to ensure that future customers are not misled by exaggerated claims.
