Subject: Complaint Regarding Irregular and Contaminated Water Supply- regarding

Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Rohan/Roshni, a resident of Green Park, wish to bring to your attention the serious issue of irregular and contaminated water supply in our locality. For the past two weeks, the water supply has been extremely irregular and particularly unpredictable. On certain days, the water is supplied for a very short duration, while on other days there is no supply at all. Moreover, the water that is supplied is muddy, foul-smelling, and clearly unsafe for consumption.

This problem has caused great inconvenience to all residents, especially children and the elderly, who are at risk of waterborne diseases. Many residents have reported stomach infections and skin irritations, which clearly indicate that the water is contaminated and unfit for use. Several complaints have already been made by the community, but no action has been taken so far.

I request you to kindly take immediate steps to investigate the issue and ensure that a clean and regular water supply is restored at the earliest. We expect your prompt attention to this matter for the health and well-being of our neighbourhood. A quick resolution will greatly benefit the residents and restore trust in your services.

Anticipating a quick action,

I remain, Thank you!

Yours faithfully,

Rohan/Roshni

Lencho’s family behaves with quiet acceptance and courage when the hailstorm destroys their entire harvest. Though they are deeply worried, they do not panic or blame anyone.  The family shows unity and courage in misfortune; instead of complaining, they remain dependent on Lencho’s strength and hope. They even supported his decision to write a letter to God. Most of the families would criticize such an act of starting a correspondence to God and would judge them as lunatic or insane. Lencho’s family trusted Lencho’s decisions and stood by him even when everything seemed hopeless. Their behaviour reflects how rural families often support one another during crises. Their calmness and faith show that strong family support is the greatest comfort in bad times. His wife let him understand the imp...
